Valencia NorthPark is located just north of the Valencia Northbridge development off McBean Parkway near Wolf Creek Restaurant and extends up to Copper Hill Drive. The NorthPark development spans both sides of McBean Parkway and is accessed primarily via NorthPark Drive, Sunset Hills Drive and Skycrest Circle Drive. The neighborhoods of Hartford, Mayfair and Wildrose are accessed via Calex Drive and Mayfair Drive. Residents of the Valencia NorthPark area enjoy the use of the community recreation center, pools, spas, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks and paseos.

Like most Valencia development areas, NorthPark is a master planned community made up of different tracts, with a selection of single family homes, detached condos and townhomes.

Mayfair at Valencia NorthPark
